Welcome to my ePortfolio. I am a marine biologist who graduated with a (Bsc) Applied Freshwater & Marine Biology at the Atlantic Technological University located in County Galway, Ireland. I have been interested in this field of study since the age of 15 which has been influenced by previous scuba diving experiences. I've found myself drawn to marine life and the urge to work in marine conservation, research and environmentalism.
I have been lucky to gain experience in the conservation, research and animal care industry which have provided me with many new skills and insight into various sectors of marine biology work.
Marine Biology has a wide range in career paths, therefore experiencing new opportunities, learning new skills, listening to others in the same field are all part of the journey I find myself on.
